Connecticut State Board of Examiners Approves First Online Course for LEPs
On September 16, 2010 the Connecticut State Board of Examiners of Environmental Professionals (also known as the “LEP [Licensed Environmental Professionals] Board”) approved the first online course for LEP Continuing Education Credits--a Ram's Horn Educational Course: Pneumatic Slug Testing. The State of Massachusetts and New York Practicing Institute of Engineering, Inc. (PIE) also approved the online Pneumatic Slug Test course for continuing education Credits

LSP Association of Massachusetts Becomes Provider for Virtual Ground Water Academy Course
On April 22, 2011, the Licensed Site Professional Association (LSPA) became a provider to offer our Pneumatic Slug Test Online Course to its members.  This constitutes a trial arrangement between LSPA and Ram’s Horn Educational, LLC to offer future distance learning courses together.

Ram’s Horn Educational, LLC Donates Portion of Course Fees to EPOC
On November 13, 2010, Ram’s Horn Educational, LLC signed an agreement to donate to the Environmental Professionals’ Organization of Connecticut (EPOC) grant and scholarship fund a portion of our Pneumatic Slug Test Course fees from EPOC members.  Many members of EPOC are former graduate students of Dr. Robbins or have taken his courses at the University of Connecticut.

New Course for College Students and Novice Professionals
In August 2011, Ram's Horn Educational released a new online course by Professor Gary Robbins based on his popular undergraduate course material at the University of Connecticut --Introduction to Ground Water Hydrology. Filled with animations, simulations, video, slide presentations and spreadsheets for analysis, the course is a robust alternative to traditional textbook learning. The course can be used as a self paced course or as a supplement to other college course material.

New Online Course for Environmental Professionals Helps to Maximize the Use of Low Flow Sampling Data
On February 1, 2012, Ram's Horn Educational released a New Online Course Determining Hydraulic Conductivity While Low Flow Sampling. The course has been approved in MA. CT and NY for 4 continuing education credits.
